Rossland (http://www.rossland.com) is a small mountain city in Southern British Columbia Canada. Originally built in the 1890s as a gold mining town, Rossland has become a lovely city of 3,500 people. Located inside the crater of a dormant volcano in the Kootenay Range, Rossland has become well known for both its excellent ski and mountain bike trails.
